I must admit, I really like the lads attitude. Certainly seems to be quite determined to get to where he wants to be, and knows he has a lot of hard work to do to get there.

Happy to send him out, as others in his age group.

Donaldson seems lucky to be given another chance but Pardew seems to see something in him. Makes perfect sense to send Tavernier, Ameobi, Donaldson, Ranger and Richardson out on loan and possibly Vuckic if we feel covered for the first team. As mentioned earlier 3-6month loans are perfect especially if we can recall them if needed.

Like Kazenga, either they comes back and manages to break through or we make a handsome profit on them.

Newcastle United Striker Charged By Police

Tyne and Wear Police have confirmed that they have charged footballer Sammy Ameobi with a number of offences following Newcastle United’s friendly with local rivals Darlington.

Speaking earlier today, Chief Inspector Dickinson expressed his disappointment at the player’s behaviour and said the Newcastle fans were not to blame for the violence at The Darlington Arena.

“The Newcastle United fans made it very clear that ‘if Sammy scored they were going to invade the pitch’, how can we be blame them for this? We are certainly going to charge the player with inciting a riot but are also looking into the possibility that he has been taking performance enhancing drugs.”

“We asked for him to be substituted after hearing the chants but Alan Pardew assured us that Sammy couldn’t hit a cows arse with a banjo, the only possible explanation for his lethal finishing was drugs and plenty of them.”

Friends of Ameobi say that his ‘blatant goal scoring’ was completely out of character and that the windy conditions may have been to blame.

“Ninety nine times out of a hundred Sammy would have hit the ball over the stand but the wind must have got hold of it, he’s been inconsolable since the game and has assured everybody that he will never do anything like this again” said one Newcastle source.

The Premier League have promised an investigation.

If you want to swap Sammy you can come work in an office and i'll go to Holland and play for the club.

Exactly. Bet there's not many clubs that take their reserves to Holland. I'm sure the club could have just as easily arranged a summer full of local non league and lower Scottish League teams.
