Sylvain Marveaux - arrested

Recommended Posts

Needed someone like him tonight to carve open their defence instead of just horizontal passes across the outside of their box.

Ridiculous decision that he wasn't in the squad, must be injured. Surely Pardew isn't that stupid to leave him out completely?

Guest Haris Vuckic

Doesn't make the bench again. Surely finished here. Hope he stays in the premier league and proves his doubters wrong.

f*** off, Pardew.

He's shit man

Nah, he's quality. As mentioned above we could have done with the cutting edge he can provide as opposed to the 'playing the percentages' bullshit we served up most of the game.

He's dump. Doesn't have a position.

Aye, he's nowhere near as good as Sissoko, who has about six, every game, for ten minutes each.

Sissoko is pretty clearly a box to box midfielder, only Pard's 'genius' fails to spot this. On the other hand with Marveaux can you really say?

Is he? f*** knows how I missed that, what for?

"Personal issue" or something.  Pardew's mentioned it before.

EDIT: Lazy google of "jonas gutierrez personal" returns http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/newcastle-team-news-fabricio-coloccini-2465607

while his compatriot Jonas Gutierrez will miss the game against Brendan Roger's high-flyers as he has been allowed to return to his native country for personal reasons.

DOUBLE EDIT:  That apostrophe, ffs.
