Interpolic
Ruiz is starting to look good then.... Aye, he's all left foot though if that chance was anything to go by.
timeEd32
Ruiz is starting to look good then.... Extremely left footed. Has had two opportunities to shoot on his right. Looks a bit dangerous though.
Guest neesy111
Ruiz seems to be settling now. Getting better each game I watch him.
Tiresias
I like Arsenal's willingness to speed up the pitch this season, got a bit more direct than in their complete slump
Guest je85
Song is considerably better than Scott Parker as a holding midfielder, yet he's not subject to all of the player of the month/man of the match/football writer's player of the year/sky sports wankfest awards. leffe186
Arsenal looking really good, pressing well and coming forward smoothly. I see them as the most likely to get third at the moment. I realise their defence is iffy, mind.

I don't know if he's "considerable better," he's better at breaking up play, but Parker finds space/passes much better.
Tiresias
Djorou has looked dodgy but is it just me or is their 'midfielder' colequin looking alright as a left back
Ameritoon
Will Theo Walcott ever progress as a footballer?
Tiresias
Walcott, given chance to shoot or pass to Van Persie, guess what he does

Ameritoon
He has, he's simply to inconsistent. That's my point. He had some nice performances last season, mixed in with a bunch of games where he seemed to disappear. It's been the same this season, minus the good performances. Ishmael
Will Theo Walcott ever progress as a footballer? No. His speed will deteriorate and he doesn't seem anywhere near smart enough to adapt his game in the future.

ponsaelius
Arteta has been a great signing for Arsenal. Very intelligent footballer in terms of positioning and reading the game, excellent stop gap for them and helped them turn it around.
Taylor Swift
Arsenal still have Diaby coming back as well. They actually have a strong squad when everyone's fit, but they seem to suffer from an inordinate amount of injuries. They could easily line up with Ramsey, Wilshere and Song as the their first choice midfield then have Arteta, Diaby and Coquelin as a very good backup midfield. I think they'll finish third. Their confidence is back. They look leaky at the back but they look very good going forward now. Gervinho is an excellent player who gives them that edge; he creates a lot of space for van Persie and Ramsey in and around the box.
Tiresias
Walcott could still get better, his finishing etc, could all come together, that's what's frustrating, seem him be good enough and then isn't. Feels an impact sub not a started atm.
Beren
Arteta has been a great signing for Arsenal. Very intelligent footballer in terms of positioning and reading the game, excellent stop gap for them and helped them turn it around. Arsenal scouts did a great job finding him. No but seriously, always been class.
Tooj
Song is considerably better than Scott Parker as a holding midfielder, yet he's not subject to all of the player of the month/man of the match/football writer's player of the year/sky sports wankfest awards. He's not as disciplined though, as he doesn't really hold all of the time. I really like the look of Frimpong in that role.
