Guest sydneycove
All the best to the lad hopefully just taking precautions and the injury isn't as bad as it sounds.

ToonTastic
He went straight to hospital I'm guessing it's just a case that they had to make sure he was able to travel safely since it was suspected that he'd broke his neck
Steggy
Pretty sad stuff the kids only 18. How often are people able to recover from stuff like this?
Ishmael
Will just depend on the severity. Dion Dublin famously broke his neck.

Cajun
Pretty sad stuff the kids only 18. How often are people able to recover from stuff like this? Breaking your neck or being called Bender? I'm not going to lie, this was fucking harsh but I did laugh. Hope he gets better soon, obviously twitter like any other source of gossip is prone to a large amount of bullshit but someone on there reckons he stopped breathing 3 times whilst in the pitch. Hoping for a quick and full recovery
Big Geordie
Sounds very nasty - wish the lad a full and speedy recovery. How did Gateshead come on, tonight? Last I heard they were losing 1-0 against Wrexham. Have heard though that Ashington won at Vauxhall Motors (3 leagues above!) in their FA Cup Replay. Helluva result for the Colliers. Guest sydneycove
Australia v Malaysia about to kick off. Cmon you Aussies. 1 - 0 after 2 minutes Wilkshire scores a tap in.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
is that the same Wilkshere that was once at burra, then went to Bristol City?
Guest sydneycove
is that the same Wilkshere that was once at burra, then went to Bristol City? Yeah. One of Dynamo Moscow's best players now. Josh Kennedy makes it 2 - 0 after 35 minutes. Australia dominating this game as expected. Brosque makes it 3 - 0. Kennedy's second Aus 4 - 0 Malaysia on the 45th minute. Too easy for Aus. Brosque second goal 5 - 0.
Tachikoma
Not sure why they've bothered to invite Malaysia over, the gap between them is so large it isn't going to do either team any good. Saw a moving ad that said something on the lines of: "Australia vs Malaysia - World Class Soccer coming to Canberra!" <______<
