Dave
A family Sanlorencista. - January 24, 2013 I write this from a distance, missing my country, my family and my affections, and with the sadness of knowing, after a series of meetings held here in Newcastle - that my return to Argentina has temporarily truncated. Unfortunately in life not everything goes as you want or need, and often misunderstood by others and the rigidity of contracts, are stronger than the reasons of the heart. However, I am convinced that this moment of disappointment should not be an obstacle to express my deepest appreciation to each and every one of you, for the love and support they have given me and have sent me over the last months, in every way imaginable. Also like to acknowledge the patience and respect for the press and the seriousness with which were conducted in all this time for me and my family. I'm sure you have been able to size the personal situation that I'm going through and understand that the silence maintained by myself and my representative, Marcelo Lombilla, in recent times, was not capricious, but reflected the need to preserve such issues private. Finally, I thank the authorities for club San Lorenzo de Almagro and especially to express my gratitude to the President, Dr. Matthias Lammens and Vice-Chairman, Mr. Marcelo Tinelli, for all the love, support and accompaniment dispensed from the man, who from the outset and without any qualms or condicionamieiztos, were interested in my personal and family circumstances, and is made available as you might need. Essentially I want to acknowledge the tremendous effort and committed by them, from every point of view-and that certainly includes me, for mitigating the difficulties of any way I could touch move. In these times, in which the leadership of the Argentine clubs appears the less questioned for various reasons, with deep pride as a member of the family will recognize Sanlorencista-lords and Marcelo Tinelli Lammens Matthias for his personal qualities and his qualities professional management for the excellent lead-in, which I know is a cult of his word, honest work, the seriousness and commitment, favoring humans over all other interests, all of which is a clear Heading the path chosen for our Club, and the distance certainly delighted inc. We sincerely thank you for so much love.

Tiresias
He wants to go back, he's agreed to stay here cos he can't get out of contract and wants to save face with them. Hopefully we've made the right call that he'll still play well for us.

Tiresias
We need him in this crisis, but tbh there'll only be so long he'll keep playing for us without wanting to be here, he'll have done enough for us if he helps us stay up and would seem cruel to hold him past summer. He just shouldn't have signed that extension.

Village Idiot
Think his agent has penned that, reading it in full He undoubtly has; the language is far too formal and ellaborate for your average thick footballer.

Guest icemanblue
Doesn't really change anything. We know he wanted to go, but was forced to stay because of his contract. I have full faith in him as a professional, and have no doubts he'll perform as long as he's wearing our colours. He'll leave in the summer, no doubt about that. The one I'm reading a lot of posters just think it's been engineered by their board to look good despite failing to land him. Half of the letter is him kissing up to the SLA president, tbf. http://foro.mundoazulgrana.com.ar/index.php?topic=281719.

Skirge
That boils my piss.. even if he didn't write and it was written for him he still was willing to put his name on it, what about an explanation to us? Can't see the club being happy with that at all, you when you think there was an end to this saga. Not convinced him remaining as Captain is a good idea. Disco
Maybe we've found a club that actually does do fake bids Wouldn't be surprised given my limited knowledge of Arg football. Read earlier today they're liable to sell Alan Ruiz, their most saleable asset in the next few days.

Village Idiot
Nice post from a fan there, google translated since I'm not doing it myself at this time of the night I did not say that they asked him to write that to win more votes. I think even relegating Lammens wins. But hey, it saves the face of the board. I see from the outside that the board has handled this topic terribly, lousily. If you ever wanted to offer nothing it is a mistake. It is impossible to think that they are going to give away a player captain, idol, expensive and with the team in the position they are. And last, if you think no one tirate offer guita ... shiver ... a week, no more of that. To wait almost two months for a player you can not put a dime for is idiotic. Travel there and help him, give them something in return for his release. I do not know. And if they wanted to make twine, it is a serious mistake to not have gone there. Send a leader. One in Colombia, Etman nobody knows where it is, and the other in Punta del Este talking electronic parties. They did not seem very concerned with wanting to bring him here. If they left everything in the hands of the agent of they were naive, because we all know what those bastards do. As for Colocha I love him, it is clear. Hopefully he comes in May, in June .. I can not wait to see him here. Not a criticism against him .. but the letter I did not like at all.
