Cabaye's got to score at the end there - awful from him and one black mark in what was a stunning game from him. utterly, utterly dominant here. Villa look turboshit despite being unbeaten - in fact exactly like us before today. It was a good chance but it was hardly awful. Full pace, keeper bearing down, awkward height. Pardew has to show a bit more courage with Marveaux and either start him or bring him on a lot earlier. Bringing on shola was stupid - we immediately looked worse off after he came on and only recovered when Marveaux's assured play repaired our attacking moves. best looked to be struggling, so he shouldve put marveaux on and left ba up front alone (then brought on sammy to play off him). He did good things, some of his runs were good but his laziness off the ball and his final ball were very poor.
