Ishmael
Formations have gone completely out the window here. Any team that cannot stay disciplined isn't winning the tournament.

Don't think anyone expects either of these teams to win the tournament.
S.S.R.
Is this the same commentator who said 'a goal for the whole of Africa'? Think so. What did he say this time? "goal for the whole of USSR" Oh, is that what he said? I was really flattered.
Guest neesy111
Think the big difference between Euro's and world cup is the pace of games. Euro's played at higher pace which therefore gives better games.

The Bonk
Love it when a shot goes out for a throw-in. As long as it's 40 rows deep into the stand to the right of the keeper. I stress this.

The Prophet
It's amazing what these commentators see when they want a certain side to win. Was like the England game yesterday, embarrassing.
Beren
Lots of mistakes creeping into the game with tired legs.

Dinho lad
If this stays as it is, the Poland - C.Republic match will be tasty.

Dinho lad
The Russians are way too open. They should just tighten it up a bit more. A draw won't be the worst result in the world.

The one advantage, which is something that I enjoy about all intercontinental tournaments is the familiarity between the countries and the rivalries that are so rare in the World Cup.
