I was talking about hamstring injuries with my tutor on my physio degree at Northumbria (incedentally a massive Toon fan) and he was saying hamstrings are often some of the most precarious to come back from. Time it wrong and you end up adding weeks.

I'm only a bog standard club runner but run 5-6 times a week. I injured my hamstring mid November and I'm still not confident I'm fully over it....tightness/stiffness/lack of strength. I'm only running in straight lines, no twisting.

HBA is playing at the highest level of sport and football requires acceleration, twisting, turning etc. Must be a nightmare to sort out for football.

He's recovering at Clairefontaine.

With some "escapades" thursday, friday and saturday night.

has he been dancing though ? don't mind him going out providing he isn't doing anything that could worsen his injury.

Lot of people see him out frequently now. Champagne on the table. Hope he's dancing.

Sorry, was texting and typing.

Didn't realise 'a' was so close to 'est'.

No sometimes I am on the phone or texting and I can't handle both so end up posting nonsense.

Text my lass telling her I wanted her to lick my Tiotes.
