It mentions in the article that Pardew attempted him in the number 10 role but was unhappy with his performance, the only game he played in that role we just lumped it to Shola. He was great against Norwich.

Wouldn't be at all surprised if that was a deliberate tactic to show the morons in charge that he can't cut it there and thus we best get rid.

We'll never know that, but a fair few goals & assists in that run came from Gouffran & Sissoko who were keeping him out.

That's true but Ben Arfa has more goals than Sissoko and probably more assists from less games.

Same assists, both on 5 (PL only)

The trouble is, despite the talent, he still plays like an 18 year old who's only just broken into the first team. Too many times, he doesn't play to the situation that's in front of him, and gives in to the temptation to try and beat an opponent.

Developing that kind of judgement is something that a player has to learn by experience. A coach can only do so much. And as has been pointed out, other managers have found the same problem.

He produces some great moments, but ultimately it's a team game.

Sick of hearing this rubbish.

If Ashley really is in the business of buying cheap players and selling them on for a profit then it's shit like this that make me hope that he might peddle Pardew.  Instead of a highly desired flair player being fought over by the rich clubs who could pay £20m+ for him, we'll now be lucky to get £7-8m thanks to Pardew's fuckwittery.

What's even more bizarre is that Pardew's entire game plan relies upon players like Ben Arfa pulling out a piece of magic & winning games out of nothing.  With Cabaye gone who do we have left that's capable of doing that?  Rémy? He'll not be here next season.  De Jong? I doubt he'll hang around and whilst he's looked OK so far he's not done anything special.  Cisse?  Pardew's mismanagement has turned him into a shell of a player & I doubt he'll hang around for next season either.

If Ashley doesn't get shot of this halfwit we'll be heading into next season with no goal scorers and no match winners.

Especially when they criticize him when the team clearly isn't playing to anyone strengths. He gets more praise and more shit than anyone on here. It's absolutely ridiculous that a talented player like him who has done so well when he's played in the right position can be criticized this way. It's like playing the ball in front of Shola and trying to use his speed. Our manager is absolutely clueless and so are some fans.

I would say Cabaye left a much better player than when he first arrived, and he's certainly not bog standard.

Cabaye left a better player because he had adjusted his game to include the Premier League, quite how you attribute that to Pardew input beggars belief.

Well in a way it's true, Pardew shit tactics meant Cabaye had to run around chasing the fucking thing like a madman. Basically that's what has improved about Cabaye, his workrate.

So Pardew's shit tactics actually benefitted someone, god i hate the cunt so much.

I've said before that Hatem has been s*** recently and looks out of shape, but at the same time, I reckon there are numerous other managers that could coax out performances better than what we are getting.

He is fucking cunt for running out of patience with Ben Arfa but has all the time in the world for Shola.

And Saylor, a season of Jonas, a season of Tiote being shit. Hatem isn't blistering in the few cameos he gets and he's out. Well fuck me isn't that just grand.

Am I crazy, or were we only good when HBA came on in the last game?

No, that's what I thought as soon as him and Marv came on.

Sums up how much of a coward Pardew is, he blames the players who got a few minutes and did ok. Not his shit tactics or favourites that had already lost us the game.

Gutless prick.

Its time us the fans make it alot more uncomfortable for this prick. He's gotten away far too lightly so far. Ben Arfas the only player we have whose gotten any bit of flair. I for one dont know want to be going to games to watch donkeys like Steven Taylor and mike Williamson
