nemtizz
Yeah Shola has been s****. Yeah, apart from the flick-on that set up the goal -_-
abertoon
@rioferdy5 Rio Ferdinand Just boarded the flight to Newcastle.....me carrick + @WayneRooney are pooing our pants...90+mph winds...nervous wrecks! #turbulence 2 minutes ago
Unbelievable
Rooney is close to going mental, so he's either going to get sent off or rifle one in from 30 yards. Knowing our luck, it'll be the latter. So true..
KaKa
Has to be said, Ba looks dynamite in the supporting striker role. It's a partner/upgrade on Shola/Best we need. Pardew said he saw him as more of a supporting striker a while back. Just have to hope Ben Arfa gets a chance on the wing, as Ba is more dangerous in this role. Ginola
Good half. Ba has been superb yet again, not only the goal but dropping deep to pick up the ball, helping out the midfield and forming the attacks. Centre midfield pair have been on it, and Colo's been Colo. Beren
Santon is brilliant. The way he turns infield and is willing to run at players is brilliant. He's still learning defensively/positionally as has been evinced a few times, but worth a few mistakes learning in the starting team IMO.
toontownman
Fan-bloody-tastic! Fully expect us to get turned over in the second half but 3 points mentally in the bag great performance. I have the Santon man crush and Ba is a legend!
Incognito
jesus schrist sky man "feed the sheep and baaa will score" it makes no sense?!?!?!?! Play on the old Citeh chant "feed the goat and he will score" about Shaun Goater.
Stu
Did Pards "get it right"? Or is he still making too many mistakes? Think he's got it spot on, level has been lifted all over the park - the midfield duo have been fantastic - set the level for everyone else.
Oakie Doke
Why can't we play like that all the time? wouldn't be fair on the other teams.
Guest
Good half. Mixed it up, looked solid, providing a threat. Nice.

Sima
Reminds me of how Germany paggered England in the WC by just hoofing it. Read more: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=660512&page=8#ixzz1iWc4Zw00
ShearMagic
They will come out firing so we simply MUST keep it tight for the first 15 minutes or so of the second half. This match is far from over.
Cronky
The tactics seem to be paying off so far. I think we'll need another goal though, because they are getting at our back four quite easily.

Unbelievable
Good drive and energy. Cabaye, Colo, Ba and Santon impressing. Jonas sloppy. Tiote's been excellent as well..
Numbers
I've NEVER heard anyone say this feed the sheep thing. This is really fucking annoying me...they've like pulled the worst fucking shitest fucking wankest thing out of their tiny clouded minds and made out like its fact...out of touch biased cunts get upto speed you bunch of mongs. Santon has made a huge difference, Sholas looked lost except for his knockon to Ba which was an accident.
Mr Logic
The 11 men of Newcastle United took a well deserved lead against the 12 men of Man U. One of their players, oddly standing out in a blue shirt, seemed intent on stopping the game in their favour at every opportunity - but rarely in Newcastle's. Seriously poor reffing, incredibly biased & stone-wall penalty. Ben Arfa on for Shola - but then less likely to control any long balls. Dilema. Hope we can keep it up. (We'd have beat Liverpool playing like this!)
Ketsbaia
AAAAAAH!!!! How mint are we? Especially Cabaye, Colo, Ba, Tiote and Santon. Amazing! Atmosphere sounds phenomenal
BleedsBlackAndWhite
Played well, got stuck in, tiote playing well and santon looking solid. More of the same 2nd half please Ba is f**king awsome as well, what a strike
timeEd32
Has to be said, Ba looks dynamite in the supporting striker role. It's a partner/upgrade on Shola/Best we need. Based on that half I would definitely agree. Imagine having a striker nearly as good as Ba paired with him. And then when Pardew is comfortable that Santon can handle things on the left he puts HBA on the wing.
