If we fail to get one of our primary targets, like Gomis, I could only envisage a Kuqi-esque signing. We'll bid £10m for Benteke. Aye, or maybe something like that: another insincere, futile Ruiz/N'Zogbia situation. A last-ditch attempt to save face that's never gonna come to fruition.
