This is when the good shit starts!

Hard teams left and direct knock out football. Even looking forward to the procedure of the baldy UEFA blokey taking an ice age to draw the balls and the bit where he makes an annoying joke to the 'famous former player helper' prior to revealing the name on the piece of paper to frustrate us all for another few moments.

Hannover would be ideal.

Yep that'd be the dream draw, the nightmare one being Kazan for logistical reasons.

For going through its canny though. Both ties played before their season kicks off, suppose theres always the Thomas Cook flight to use but am sure frozen Russia wont be that pleasant for a drunken trip away

Benfica, Genk, Lyon or Hannover - all should be good places to go.

Not sure about going into Russia, Romania, Ukraine or Poland with the violence, racism and anti-semitism that seems to be surrounding the football scene in those countries. Same goes for Lazio of course.

Fenerbache is probably a fantastic experience, but parts of their fans seem mental as well.

Can't bring myself to apply for a final ticket. I'll end up stuck with Liverpool v someone.

Liverpool v Chelsea  :anguish:

No chance you'll lose money on them - ebay. And there's another date later on you can cancel your order. I've got them a few times. Always hope for an Engllish vlub to get there .....

Warrabowt Plzen? Flights to Prague still cheap these days?

According to a pro-NUFC account on FB, Prague's the cheapest one to fly/get to.

All this is really nice.

Basically you can't go anywhere anymore to watch a live match in Europe without risking your life

Apparently In Rome you can't even go the pub if you speak a different language, no matter if you are even interested in football or not

Sad world we're living in.
