bhoywhonder
Is the Bok still almost 7% alcohol? Yes. Sweet Jesus.... Class to have a load portuguese beers and not result in being chucked out of nandos. This will be epic....
Guest Benfica fan
we have a lot of very good hostels in lisbon. right at the center... that would be the best choice. if i were you, i would check on net in hostel browsers... trust me, a lot of quality offers. and at fairly good prices... Estoril, Cascais, an so on, are along the beach, but 20 kms away from the center. you´d still have good transportations, so not an issue. but i stil recomend city center.. much better if you want to have some fun. if you´re looking for some fun and meet people... best choice in an hostel, for sure. if you want something calmer and higger quality, maybe to bring your family or so, there are a lot of hotels (every quality range) in the center... Guest insanzada
Benfica fans seem to be a bit batshit crazy. Hi guys, one more Benfica supporter here. Feel free to ask me anything about us and Portugal. Btw, if you want to see the first leg live, you should get a flight to Porto, take a dump in their stadium (or just pee in the wall), take a train, stop in Aveiro (portuguese Venice) buy me a few beers and then to Lisbon. Guest rdr10
Guys two questions: If you had to choose just one, you guys prefer to beat Benfica or Sunderland ?! (A way to see how is the feeling towards them) Do you think Pardew will make all in in Europa League ?! 30/03/2013 PL J31 Man. City 15:00 Newcastle P. If the choice was winning the Europa League or beating them I'd be more of a question We'll probably have to rest some players, but it'll still be a strong side out against you. I like hearing about key players on the bench

leffe186
Sounds like you're feeling the same as me when we got Lyon and Inter. Tough as all get out, but felt like the real deal. At this stage I reckon it's anybody's - just look at your tie against Anzhi. Willian gets injured early on, then they get a red, then Anita (?) gets away with one, then a late goal. We get a last minute goal against Lyon to go through, then the farce in Milan. Chelsea could so easily have gone out by now. Fine margins. Happy with Basel, just a bit pissed that we're away second leg yet again. I like that people are calling them easy, when they knocked out Zenit, with ten men for a large chunk of the game. It's the quarter-finals of the Europa - everyone is good, apart from the refs. Just please, please, play Lloris FFS.
