He is like a different player when beeing used the right way. He's good in both positions when he's paired with Tiote. When he played with Guthrie, he had to take more defensive responsibilities since Guthrie isn't that good at closing down. Hence Cabaye became less visible .. Ted Maul Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 A lot of people overlooking Marveaux, although that's somewhat understandable given his injury record. Could play the left attacking winger or attacking midfield position if he manages to keep himself fit. He's not a slouch, skilful, great passing and crossing abilities. Will be more head against goal as he doesn't really have that ability or acceleration to go by players.
