They have been slowly decaying over the past years, but sacking him would make things worse, in my opinion. looking at the manager market there isn't really anyone available, would they buy someone out their contract? Doubtful given their general frugality. Only person I think would be a good match would be Klopp but that'd be a step down/sideways for him currently.
