Stuy_O
http://www.camporetro.com/Shop-By-Team/Premier-League/Newcastle-United some very decent retro kits here. might have to get one. I'v tried to like this new one but i'v accepted it's just rubbish. Looks so cheap.
Kanji
Was trying to find one of the actual older kits myself, want to get the adidas stitching on it for all it's glory.
Deuce
Doesn't look that bad like. "At least it's not a black cat!" - people who care about the most unimportant, trivial shite
Deuce
But yeah, it's really not the worst thing we've had in recent years. Which is a low bar, mind.

I'm a frequent buyer.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Anthony Marshall @antmarshallNUFC 54s People complain about having a patch on the back of our home shirts but this is exactly why. #swfc's numbers near-impossible to read. #nufc Pretty easy to identify your own players, though. Kanji
Blarh, GBP to USD conversion. How awkward do the 95-97 home kits fit? they look like a giant box
SEMTEX
95-96 fit isn't so bad tbh. Different story with some of the later away kits with the ridiculous stretch-o-necks. My most recent purchase will be heading over with my parents when they head over in Sept. I just bought it on the e bay though.

Seems like the S of those days is more like a M today?
Toon Hoser
It was the baggy shirt era. The shirts I have from those years fit a bit looser.

You may end up showing some midriff with an S. .....I'll check mine out tonight....
Segun Oluwaniyi
I would not mind this kit, except for the fact of the massive trapezoid connecting the shoulder bones to the middle of the sternum. Even if it was a small, less jarring trapezoid, it would be fine. As it stands, the kit makes no sense aesthetically.

Here's an outlandish idea: use a colour that would make them easy to read.

SEMTEX
Yeah I looked at mine and it's a large, and it isn't big at all. I'm thinking the '96 material is probably fairly shrink prone or something. It's just a different material to the ones before & after. Depends on where you're buying it from, if it's brand new etc, but I'd go M if I was you. Jill
I just bought an 04/05 shirt in a S and it's absolutely massive. Now wondering if I can get away with a kids size.

I've got a long sleeve S of that, and it fits well. No logic in this shit at all. I've got a small 1993-1995, Asics style, and its pretty baggy for a S. I'm deciding if I want to spend like a $150ish on geting a classic kit.
RodneyCisse
Its a good investment IMO, the quality of classic kits will keep going down as time goes on. Never a better time with Wonga all over the current shirts.
Kanji
So if I wear a Small Nike or Medium Puma I should probably just get a M in the 95-97 kit or a S in the Asics kit?
loki679
love that as soon as our kit is unveiled the discussion turns to what other kit to buy instead
SEMTEX
might hire a seemstress to merge two nike dri fit tshirts into a black and white striped one.
Ally
What irritates me is that one season the shirt is black dominated, the next its white. It's just black and white stripes ffs, it doesn't need a dominant colour
nufcjb
If this is to be Puma's last season with us, they should have put out their best effort for us to show potential new clients, what they can pull off. Instead, they showed their true colours, throughout being with us - fucking rank!
