Dave
Not surprising really. Any team with Perch (who played well), Best, Shola, Williamson, Simpson, and Ryan Taylor is never going to be very good, all of them are championship players at best. Three current first teamers and two key squad members. Progress.
Mr. Snrub
Will be on the box as the media will be thinking and hoping the same outcome could happen as last season.
Dave
Pardew played for the draw as he usually does. When he's publically saying he'd take a draw before the game, you have to wonder if that attitude fed down to the players. Wonder if he'll do this again. Seemed to work a treat. Everything was ace last season.

Everything was ace last season. We were absolutely shit in this game last year. Simpson had his customary shocker and every cunt looked scared of the ball. Still, at least we've moved on since then. S.S.R.
This could be the game that breaks the camels back (i.e. Pardew). http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110424073904/simpsons/images/1/12/Gil.gif

I guess the new ground factor will have worn off, and if brighton have the new seats in by then there could be a chance of a 5,000 allocation so I can hope!
