Deuce
I've seen a lot of love for Kappa and Umbro round these parts, just wanted to set that straight.
Disco
Umbro have easily made the best kits over the last 3 or 4 years with their Tailored by range IMO. Nike are the best for longevity and templates though.
Oakie Doke
adidas for me like. Served us well at least.

LRD
http://www.newcastleunitedjersey.com/products/3126.jpg This is the last kit without a patch iirc.
Kanj
People complain about the color'd numbers. We used to have red numbers, but then some people would probably complain about that. Our committee/person/squad or whoever "votes" on the kit designs we get needs to be slapped about. Its prob Fat Mike or Dekka who have been picking these awful kits from the proposals that have been presented to us?
LRD
Colours other than black or white makes any letterings or numbers more visible. I have no problem with that and will gladly take that over a patch. Money talks though. When you have a patch it kinda feels incomplete without a name and number and it pushes you to get them. Bam, more profit. Patches are here to stay whether we like it or not. M4
I can see that being the reasoning but then people would simply buy a nice looking kit too. Personally, the last home kit I bought was the relegation one.
loki679
Should give you the letters and numbers free if there's a massive patch on the back as the shirt's not finished without them.
