Varadi
It's clearly a wages thing - we already have 2 other centre backs on high wages and have decided we would rather keep Taylor - would be just too many purples otherwise.
Kanj
We keep players due to the wages they are on and not the potential or quality they provide? Fucking backwards crap man.
David Icke - Son of God
Surely MYM isn't on that much in comparison with Saylor. In fact I'd be surprised if he was on more considering he came from Montpellier and Fat Fred thought the sun shone out of Taylor's arsehole when he was in charge. The College Dropout
We keep players due to the wages they are on and not the potential or quality they provide? f***ing backwards crap man. Tbh it makes sense. If your 4th choice CB (rightly or wrongly) is on first XI wages, you should get rid. Especially when you only plan on playing 40 games a season in total. Guest neesy111
When Pardew first came, (when Saylor was on Tranfer List) he said one his priorities was to get him a new contract.
Ronaldo
Bordeaux President Jean Louis Tiraud has confirmed his interest in Newcastle United central defender Mapou Yanga Mbiwa in a press conference where new manager Willy Sagnol was unveiled. He had the following to say: “He is an excellent player with one defect, he was bought very expensively by Newcastle and his salary is high. The problem with the idea of a loan, is most clubs wait until the 31st August, because they are still trying to sell the player.” As expected they can't afford him. A loan wouldn't be the worse thing for us imo, especially if we could get shut of Pardew and Give Yanga a chance under a decent manager 12 months down the line. He needs PL games and now if he's ever to succeed for us. Suppose getting games in that Mickey Mouse league is better than sitting on our bench, mind. Kanj
Selling MYM would piss me off on same level as Cabaye and (if) Ben Arfa is sold.

TRon
There's only one person who can make the decision to let Mbiwa go and that's Pardew. Says everything about his terrible judgement not to mention his lack of character.

He'll sacrifice any player to save himself, or so he isn't blamed for players going backwards under his appalling coaching and match tactics. Calling him a coward is amazingly accurate as it turned out.
DJ_NUFC
Just occured to me that the one person who hates Pardew more than any of us is Graham Carr. Oh man, can you just imagine the atmosphere in his house, as he throws darts at a mural of the King in his living room.
sh74
So does this mean Pardew has more power at NUFC than what we think. Brought in at a high price, payed high wages now Pardew doesn't want him hes as good as gone regardless of Carrs recommendation.

He picks the team so don't think anyone could be under the illusion that from a football point of view, he is the most important person at the club. Outside of that reckon he's a puppet pretty much. LRD
Seem to remember somebody mentioning that we have a done deal for an incoming CB (Colo's replacement or something) this summer. What happened to that one?
