Kaizero
I still think you should just list all the names I mentioned and let people choose three. I collected them from the last 20 or so pages. It's about realistic dreams here, not full on realistic depression. http://replygif.net/i/1484.gif Happy to do it. Liar

Ronaldo
Maybe Jeremy Beadle from Blackburn? Just missed out on the playoffs with a bad squad. Plays good football too. I laughed at this.
Mike
All those names. Completely excessive.
Kaizero
All those names. Completely excessive. Beadle, Buchanan and McKay (assume MacKay is the same one) aren't real/posted twice though. Hitzfeld is a joke callback as well tbf.
The Prophet
My number one pick would be Lucien Favre. Time and time again he exceeds expectation, playing cracking football with a limited budget. All aboard the Favre, erm...bus?
Guest zicomartin
no Giggs?
Kanj
Moyes, Ketsbaia, Girard, Garde, and Laudrup. Basically the same names I've been saying I'd be fine with for quite a while. Add in this Favre character as a guy I could interchange in that list and I'm good. - Character and stability of Moyes at his time with Everton - Ketsbaia's passion, results and success as a manager - Girard's track record with Montpellier, and his ability to harness youngsters into a title winning side in France - Garde's style of football, good record in France - Laudrup's style of football, etc. - Favre's style of football, etc.
thomas
voted Favre 5 times.

The Prophet
no Giggs? The next Guardiola, or so I've heard.
colinmk
Neil Buchanan from Leyton Orient. Got a good record and has potential. He could help us draw up some class protest banners too.

Hughesy
How has Ketsbaia got on with Georgia? Have their results improved much?
Disco
State of that poll. Jeremy Beadle could've done a better job himself with his spacker hand and he's been dead for 6 fucking year. Even some of the 'serious' options are fucking laughable.
Tooj
In an ideal world Thomas Tuchel.
The College Dropout
Paco Jemez, although I think he'll end up at a bigger club.
Hughesy
Paco Jemez, although I think he'll end up at a bigger club. Yep - done a great job at Vallecano and plays good football.
Kanj
I'd take Jorge Jesus if it were ever possible. I like that guy's attitude and swagger. Basically just "fuck off" type of mentality.
Village Idiot
Would love it if Jémez managed you. Absolute polar opposite of Pardew.

ujpest doza
My number one pick would be Lucien Favre. Time and time again he exceeds expectation, playing cracking football with a limited budget. All aboard the Favre, erm...bus? I thought it was Brett Favre when I looked at the list.
Village Idiot
Would love it if Jémez managed you. Absolute polar opposite of Pardew. He's easily one of the most positive and gung-ho managers I have ever seen. He actually gets a lot of flak for going to places like the Bernabéu and Camp Nou and attacking form the get-go, meaning Rayo gets stuffed often. He's amazingly upbeat, though, and makes a strong point of *never* changing his ways even in the face of relegation danger or to play for a draw in a tough game. He always plays to win. And it's worked for Rayo so far. Rayo's the only team that has won the possession stat against Barça since 2008 IIRC.
