This happened en route to the ground, it wasn't just Newcastle fans, in fact the pictures there only shows a handful of fans wearing our shirts, no doubt a lot of these were Wigan fans as well. Really is a disgrace that they couldnt even walk to a game without trashing the place like that and ruin two football matches. Nice idea from TF to set up a whip round but personally i would take it further and find a way to ban the little twats. Lad I know went down with them and says they were already doing lines off CD cases within about 2 minutes of setting off. Doesn't surprise me though. Sounds about right, that Shambles thing looks to have strangely lost all mention of Wigan from its twiiter feed. Thats the biggest problem with this, not only will our club continue to take lower allocations but this sort of story gives other clubs an easy option to offer us much less as well in the future.
