Leazes_End_Mag
I still think Haidara is better, but we need Dummett desperately at the moment. Im yet to see what Haidara offers, apart from a lengthy injury record. Even from an attacking point of view, he appears limited and he's far weaker defensively than Dummett. AyeDubbleYoo
Whey I don't have the appetite to actually debate this, it's a moot point since Haidara never plays.
timeEd32
He is what he is, solid-ish defender but not really a fullback in the normal PL sense of the word. At the moment I'm incredibly happy he's back though, he's infinitely better than the alternatives. If he hadn't got injured we probably would have another 6 points or so. Just checked: 21 points from 18 games Dummett started, 1.17ppg 7 points from 15 he missed, 0.47ppg Suggests we would be in a much better position had he stayed fit. That's pretty startling. ilikenewcastle
Ronaldo was right all along. Haidara is awful. I swear he's never had a good game, but he's one of those players that some fans like for some unknown reason.
The College Dropout
When Pardew used to bring him on he looked like he could be decent. As in - he can run fast. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hanshithispantz
I'd have started him ahead of Dummett earlier in the season but not sure it's worth the risk now, maybe stick him RB.

Heron
Dummetts a good limited LCB. He's out of position at LB but our strongest LB

Andy84
From the word go you could see that Navas was never going to get the better of him
Klaus
Good defensively, but on the ball he is still dump. Its like you can never have both at the club, it's one or the other.
Guest dabe
From the word go you could see that Navas was never going to get the better of him He did once in the first half where Darlow made a good save after Navas went clean through but aside from that think he shores up the left well. Not a world beater but strong header of the ball, decent tackling/one-on-one defending and positionally sound. Shame he's generally garbage at anything other than the basics on the ball but you'd sacrifice that for stability in our current plight; which he definitely provides. Dave
Don't rate him as a full back but in our position it's very important to have someone else on the pitch that thinks and can defend like a centre half.
joeyt
Played well last night, think he made his debut against Navas and kept him quiet then too, although when a player is predictable as Navas its not the hardest opponent he'll face
Disco
The Aguero shot that Darlow parried aside he was decent, used the ball quite well too.
