It's just buzzwords man, the clubs used to crow on about doing extensive scouting to get the right personalities. That'll be why Cabaye, Sissoko, Ben Arfa, and the rest have been model professionals. Can you think of a meek, subservient player who will stand up and be counted on the pitch? The likes of Pardew need a room full of weaklings who won't stand up to them because he's insecure due to his inability. Think we've got a few of those to be honest, and they've had it coached out of them. Siem, Daryl and Gini all have that type-a personality and I like to think a few others do as well. When I first heard him, I thought he meant people that wants to win and that give 100% no matter what, compared to what we saw last season when our lot barely bothered after we went a goal down. I don't think he cares if they are a bad apples or not, as long as they are professional and give everything for the team. That's how I interpreted it.
