Well, maybe Joe Kinnear does know what he is doing. Loic Remy shows razor sharp striking instincts to curl a low finish home after Yohan Cabaye's long-ranger is partially blocked by James Chester. That has been somewhat against the run of play though.

Got a bit shaky and basketball-like for awhile there. We need to calm down and control the game a bit more. Their only threat really is the pace in behind so we're sort of playing to their strengths. Although I suppose it suits us too and I'd back us to out score them with our front players. Especially with Remy gobbling up everything that spills his way.

 

Promising that Ben Arfa hasn't even been involved so far. Hopefully he gets into it more 2nd half although it's afforded space for everyone else him having 2 men on him.

 

Hatem seems a bit hesitant today.

 

There's like five defenders in front of him every time he's touched it. We either need to start taking a advantage of him being double teamed, or let him move around and pick up the ball in the middle or on the left.

Debuchy wasn't that bad. Questionable positioning on the goal but there's no one closing the player with the ball and HBA or MYM should have covered Debuchy's position. Have no idea why Anita was playing as a third CB there too.
