The standard of British managers at the moment is awful. It's no wonder we are left with Roy Hodgson as national coach. Sums it all up how bad the pool actually is. Managers should be made to be good coaches 1st and then onto management. Being a good coach should be the minimum requirement for being accepted into a decent managerial job.
