Cf
Reason I ask is looking at Spurs there of their 11 games 4 of them are from top half teams, and 7 are from lower half teams. We are the opposite. 7 of our 11 games are against top half teams which makes our position feel much healthier.

I've said it before but our fixtures this season are really nicely spread out, with us having played Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool at home before a third of the season is up, means we have a really nice run of home games in the second half of the year, meaning we can attack most games. Ginola14
what's with Ange not looking at the camera when he's being interviewed? is it something he only does when he loses? Klopp used to do it and comes across as really obnoxious, can understand if Spurs fans are getting fed up with him

Fair play to him. I pay no attention to Italian football so I’m not qualified to comment at all, but as an outsider three appointments at his age and profile seems questionable. Maybe the team isn’t good or the financial situation is bad, so they can’t go higher profile. But with those significant caveats, my assumption would be that Roma can do something more exciting than hire him for a third time at what (I assume must be) the very tail end of his career? He’s 73…

He’s 73… Yeah, Roma are an absolute mess on and off the pitch. This will be their 3rd manager of the season already. They’re just after someone to steady the ship on a short term basis. Ranieri will/should do that. Edited November 12 by Fak

Getting rid of Mark Robbins, a manager on the up, who will know doubt get a top half Championship job whenever one becomes available, who has proven he can get a team into the play-offs, is universally adored at your club by players and fans alike, and the sole reason you're in the Championship in the first place. Only to replace him with Frank Lampard, reeks of an owner who wants "Brand appeal" and the cash that comes along with it. It would make me really worried if I was a Coventry fan, as it doesn't show any forward planning, or any real processes being in place to support the running of the club, other then getting a big name for the sake of it, and I say that as someone who thinks Frank Lampard gets a bit of a bad wrap, and hasn't been as bad a manager as some people make out. Pixelphish Posted Monday at 11:52 Share Posted Monday at 11:52 The one positive to gleen for CCFC fans is he's clearly not in it for the money unless he blew his playing wages up the wall. Seems determined to be a good manager.
