Best one I can think of is Kevin Lisbie. Think he scored about 16 goals in 10 years for Charlton, but bagged a hat trick when they beat Liverpool 4-2. Nile Ranger looked like a world beater against Leicester at home that season, without scoring. Never looked half as much of a (non-sexual) threat since. High scoring game but despite being the 6th choice (or something) and about 12 years old he pulled out some cracking saves, especially a Banks-esque save from a Shearer header IIRC.
