Hoy Lallana at the top of the midfield diamond and they're no worse than last season IMO. Would allow them to pony up for Keita and van Dijk too. Qatar Sports Investment, which owns PSG, pays Neymar €300m to be ambassador for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. This allows him to buy himself out of his contract with Barca and sign for PSG, who then bypass the FFP-rules as they have absolutely nothing to do with the €300m .
