Does Carragher even think about what he's saying? He just said it's because we sold Cabaye, then he's saying we don't spend enough money for it to be Pardew's fault. What, like world record signing £4.5m Cabaye?

Neville going on about it being a selling club. That's because we are a selling club Gary. And the manager tells the world all the time.

I can't believe how gutless Sky have just been, it was so disgusting. It's how we are playing because of Pardew you dumb cunts.

He also said the club, fans and board and staff should be as one. Obviously forgot the Gillette era at his own club.

Bullshit from Carragher and Neville. How can they say those things with a straight face? Ridiculous.

how carragher can say anything with a straight face is beyond me.  It must be fucking painful to sound that bad.

Do you think nev and carra give a flying fuck about tiny little nufc at the moment to do enough research? or even just THINK? They're all too consumed with the title race to bother with anything other than pre-fabricated cliches. Fuck the lot of them. We're on our own with this one. We'll get it done somehow. Someday.

Not even remotely surprised by Carragher and Neville's comments. The Newcastle United rhetoric is crammed all over the first few pages of the Punditry Handbook. It says we love football, we love our local lads, we expect too much, and we'd take a high-scoring defeat over a 1-0 win. Rinse and repeat, regardless of the context. It's irksome when the likes of Neville say it with such arrogance and conviction, but you know the score. That's how it is and how it always will be.

Just how fucking bad is Pardew that losing one player means we instantly lose almost every match, and by a shitload of goals without scoring any?

Cabaye was our best performer and most influencial player, but it's a team/squad game. If selling one player can have such a devastating affect on a manager, he has no business being anywhere near a football club, let alone one that has shown time and again that it will do anything for a profit.
