Tooj
Also Balotelli is still dropping far too deep. It's something that's always been a problem of his.
LesPaul
Tremendous atmosphere from the best fans in the world at the moment. Never seen a set of fans to disappear as quickly as the Scousers when they're behind.

Village Idiot
Casillas, Arbeloa, Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Coentrao, Kroos, Modric, James, Cristiano Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema. Moyá, Juanfran, Miranda, Godín, Siqueira, Gabi, Tiago, Koke, Raúl García, Raúl Jiménez, Mandzukic. Despite speculation, Madrid without much changes from their Anoeta team, besides Isco making way for Ronaldo and Rodríguez moving to the hole as a result. Coentrao starts instead of Marcelo. Atleti starts without Arda, and Jiménez instead of Griezmann.
Flip
Flip, Neymar on the Catalan telly saying that he was tired after the international break, and that's why he didn't start. He's almost crying of joy Ah nice but he can't be crying.
ponsaelius
Bit of a stodgy midfield for Atletico. They'll be playing for another stalemate. Should have one at least one of Arda, Griezmann or Cerci in there.
Village Idiot
Simeone's playing with two up top instead of Mandzukic on his own. Arda has been carrying a knock.

brummie
Villa unbeaten and beating Liverpool at Anfield without Benteke. But hey ... we had to deal with the international break. No point in thinking about anything he says. Also NB without Ron Vlaar. Our record with and without Vlaar last season was remarkable. It seems like we have learned how to defend properly and not act like frightened children when someone has a go at us.
KaKa
Good on you brummie. Always thought Senderos could become a decent defender in time. Might just have worked out for you. People laughed at your signings, but seems the more experienced players coming in has worked. Lambert never lost his ability, just tried to play way too many academy kids at once. Lambert is showing the value of a decent manager, even without having major talent.
Dave
Anfield was really roaring the team on at the end there.
brummie
I've been impressed with Senderos and Richardson, too, they struck me as extremely meh signings, but one thing we were saying the last two years was that we needed some experience. It has clearly started to improve us. Mind you, the last few years, we've done very well at grounds we're not supposed to get anything. Especially Anfield. brummie
Anfield was really roaring the team on at the end there. I thought the first 20 minutes when we were well on top, it was utterly silent.
Village Idiot
Speaking of clean sheets, until today the last time we had three clean sheets in a row was in 1994 Anyway, good on you brummie, hope you enjoy football this year after some rather unenjoyable years.
