Twinport53
Hope he stays fit and does well for us this season. I know this guy is made of paper mache, but I feel like had he just been signed for £5-7mil after scoring nearly 10 goals for PSV after various long term injuries, people would be alot more positive about his potential inclusion in first XI for the coming season. I obviously want us to get a decent number 10 as we can't go on with Ayoze or Diame at top flight level, and Rafas system depends on a quality #10. But I equally hope Siem gets a chance, as he is a classy intelligent player. At 28 years old though, I feel it's last chance saloon.
Shelveys Hair
I do like De Jong but he still only made 19 apps for PSV last season, so its whether Ayoze or Diame plug the gap or do we go for someone else.
nufc4eva
I hope he stays, we need a player like him if he can just stay fit and keep his organs together. Has that touch of class that could be the difference for us
buzza
How tall is de jong? Just looked at some training photos and he looks massive...
Greg
6ft1 apparently.
Leek
Forgot about this chap, obviously if he stays fit and is anything like the guy we signed I reckon he'll be useful for us this season. Hopefully he can get an early goal in the season and get a bit of confidence built.
Guest
Think he'd be even more suited given the raw pace Murphy & Gayle have.
AyeDubbleYoo
If he can stay fit I have little to no doubt he could play well in the PL. Just an if the size of Big Sam's head.
Guest neesy111
Think people are building themselves up for a fail here.
AyeDubbleYoo
I'm not saying I expect it, obviously his fitness couldn't be more suspect.

Benwell Lad
The minutes he's been on the park he looked well suited to the PL, made things happen and was clever with the ball. As has been said a thousand times already though, can we get him on the park and keep him on it...........
duo
If he can stay fit I have little to no doubt he could play well in the PL. Just an if the size of Big Sam's head. About sums it up lol
Rich
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4758566/De-Jong-targeting-route-freak-injuries.html Worth a read. Find myself really pulling for this guy to succeed here, there's a lot to like about his game but worry about his athleticism. However, he's only up against Perez and Diame in that respect so there's not a particular high bar.
