mighty__mag
Can't see him being a Newcastle player for much longer. What makes you think that? He's suggested in the papers that he has reoccurring injuries, and all the speculation surrounding contracts is nothing to do with anything, he wants to play, but is aware you can not just rush back out of eagerness. Saying that he's targeted the derby as his come back game.

Winner winner chicken dinner.
mighty__mag
He's still got a year with us, im sure he will hold talks in the summer. He never really did much to get such interest anyway's, the rags just making stuff up because a young lad scored against Man City in the cup.

Nobody
Another setback: http://www.shieldsgazette.com/sport/football/newcastle-united/newcastle-prodigy-rolando-aarons-suffers-injury-setback-1-7132775 Don't think we're going to see this kid again this season tbh. Carver said "a week to ten days" in that article. Two and a half weeks later, he was still nowhere to be seen.

LoveItIfWeBeatU
With his injury record this season I don't think we have to worry about another club coming in for him. They wouldn't take the risk. He'll have to prove he can stay fit before he can get a mega wage contract.

Hanshithispantz
Not enough in the world for this. Why would a person ever think that is an acceptable thing to say to anyone, let alone as a quote for a program read by football fans?

BlueStar
Can we not just hustle him with a shell game and tell him if he doesn't find the one the ball is under he has to sign a new contract?

FFS millions don't earn that in a year in this country never mind a week, especially not people his age.
Guest
£20,000 a week is more than a fair offer of that's what's on the table like. Would have thought we'd learn from the stupid length contracts given to Ranger & Vuckic.

Fact is kids get massive contracts all the time in football and 20k is absolutely f*ck all in this day and age, hell crap like Williamson are on double that

Guest
He's played five games at senior level. Five. Raheem Sterling's first pro contract took him to £30k and Aarons has done nowhere near what Sterling had to get that pay rise. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/20792252
