I guess he thought, quite rightly, that they had started to become a little disrespectful at that point. Or maybe he was just worried that someone at the club would see the footage and he would be in bother for something.... like maybe he should be resting and trying to get fit for his job - I am sure that if he was drinking alcohol that his overall progression back to physical fitness would be compromised... There is nothing to say that he was actually drinking alcohol himself by the way... just that loads of 250 quid bottles of champagne got knocked over or thrown...
