Mick
Unfortunately Sky Tyne and Wear is no more so I can't find the video where he rolls out the f***ing coffin. http://www.nufcfans.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/nufcfans_st_james_park_reborn_coffin_newcastle_united.jpg I'm sure they had a trumpeter or something playing funeral music. Jack Flash
If there is anything we shouldn’t really bother talking about, it is the Willy Wonga St. James Celebration stunt on Sunday, co-ordinated by Graham Cansdale of the Mike Ashley Out Campaign. Graham is a good bloke, but he is also an absolutist; he will not set foot back inside St. James’ Park until Ashley has left the club. I know others have adopted a similar stance in the past, but Graham is unwavering; he will not be influenced by a day’s work experience at Darsley Park, for instance. On Sunday morning, Graham invited me to the black Bull for 1pm for a fairly low-key gathering, which ended in a march to where the coffin was laid in February before the Wolves game. This time Steve Wraith, busy at the Number 9 Bar, wasn’t the man of the cloth and Graham, dressed as Willy Wonga, leaped out of the coffin and sang a rewritten version of the Pure Imagination song, before delivery a parody of the “Golden Ticket” speech. http://i60.tinypic.com/k39nbo.jpg http://i57.tinypic.com/j8eej6.jpg http://i60.tinypic.com/2uogn0o.jpg

Vinny Green Balls
It really is on a whole new level of idiotic. This is really how they spent a few hours (not to mention the planning, coordination, and props)? They would have certainly used their precious lifeline time more wisely if they did a Shakespeare in the park version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. nufcjb
Just want to ask. Are you guys planning to do anything to pay tribute to Jonas? A loud Jonas chant from you lot in the 18th minute could get things going if there aren't any by the crowd at that time.
Darth Crooks
Spider-man masks. Card or real. Cheap enough. Still can have your other signs too.

Just wished Jonas would have been there on Saturday to see it though he might be overcome by emotion. Saturday is poised to be one hell of a rollercoaster of emotions

NE27
I know its highly unlikely the stewards will bother stopping everyone but do you reckon they'll have any grounds to confiscate them little sack pardew signs? Can just imagine them claiming they are offensive and taking them off people because the stewards over in NW corner are the absolute worst of jobsworths.
Slim
Its not offensive tho
AyeDubbleYoo
There's no reason to confiscate them, but that doesn't mean they won't try. Up to everyone to resist I suppose. Even so, more than enough will get in. And also, it's the massive abuse that will be decisive.
Slim
They have written conformation that long as its not offsenive is fine. People think Ashley's tells them to to take banners down. All the stewards I spoke to said they never get told to.
