So close to the perfect kit. Lower the sponsor logo and change it to black or even red matching numbers with white outline and bingo, up there with the grandad kit. Designers want shot for that like.

I'm a bit concerned the blue sponsor and red numbers will look a bit weird, looks fantastic just looking at the back mind.

Yet the last home shirts to have red numbers, and some of the other favoured ones from the early-mid 80s had Red numbers on the back, and Blue Star on the front of a black and white shirt.

I really don't think the sponsor logo being blue is so much of an issue, TBH.

Difference between the Fun88 logo and the Brown Ale logo tbh, partly because the blue star didn't take up half the kit almost.

Maybe you're right and i'm worrying for no reason but i feel like it might be a bit weird.

You can't even see the front and the back of the shirt at the same time unless you're some weird bong eyed owl or some shit. Calm your fucking shit, Mole.

Some people will be along in a minute to explain what a fashion faux pas it is to have that blue badge and red sponsor like.

Aye. Click, static, and sweat central. It being straight after the 95-97 top didn't help it like, but aye, I never liked that strip despite owning it.

Surely there will be occasions when the players will not all be facing the same direction?

Yeah that was tops but I still think the Asics one was slightly better.

Nothing tops the Adidas Grandad collar shirt tho.

So lush that my dad, who isn't even particularly arsed about football, bought it.

Loved the maroon top and home granddad collar tops by Adidas.  Think that was peak Kit.

Remember being totally gutted having them stolen.
