But this will be it not and nope, not a fan. And the back is extra disappointing. Probably the break in what's been a nice run of home shirts.

I just find it disappointing.

 

I was excited to see them relieved from their need to shoehorn a retro element into a modern template for the comeback shirt. But still it persists, and with such clumsy execution.

 

I do hold out hope for the aways, like I say.

For what it’s worth, the authentic version is a chunk nicer to my eyes. The collar is different… the black ring at the bottom isn’t there… and the bubble texture gives it a more premium look. And it looks mint (to me) on the players.
