I'm not watching it,but isn't this his second or third game in charge?
1) players aren't going to go full on in a meaningless game
2) this won't be out normal starting line up
3) How is he meant to know his best line up/formation after 3 games and what 3/4 with the players that have been broken down to days
4) donno why i wrote this,i don't really give a shit so early on to a new managers term in football means nowt like pre season

I seem to remember McClaren getting dogs abuse for a 3-0 win away in Andorra from the travelling fans, think it may have been the game when Dave Nugent got his on-the-line tap in.

Ultimately it doesn't matter but 1-0 against that lot is really, really slack going.

id like us to sign Noni so much

100% he's the smart move. For Pedro, Elanga et al you pay a 10 million plus premium. With him you have a good chance of getting him 5 million or more under value as Chelsea are spoilt toddlers with shiny-new-shite syndrome. And all the arguments about Howe improving players for signing Elanga and Pedro still apply.

Sorry to say this, but Dan Burn looks completely out of place in international football. I don't understand why Tuchel is picking him.

I’ve some sympathy for BDB as it’s the complete opposite to how we play football. Slow, ponderous, possession based football against a minnow playing the lowest low block.

Reminded me of the Carabao game vs. Wimbledon last night with a similar outcome. No one in an England shirt looked good, apart from Madueke. It was screaming out for a MGW instead of a Henderson to get at their defence and cause some chaos.

If he’s looking out of his depth against Andorra there’s a problem

It's not the first time I've had that thought, but yes, the Andorra striker was causing him some problems.

It's testament to Eddie's management skills that he's not getting exposed so much at club level, but we're clearly looking for a replacement.

We already have his replacement don’t we? Botman will be first choice.

You need three centre backs who are first-team ready, not two. The third choice at the moment is Krafth, who is really a utility defender.

You don't go from keeping Liverpool in your back pocket at Wembley to struggling against Andorra because of your ability, IMO.
