Crosses went in to him today. He fluffed the chances. No team has a constant supply of crosses whipped into the box. You need someone who can take chances. He had at least 3 today which he failed with. He is not good in the air anyway. His headers are rarely on target. I'm not blaming him for being NUFC's main striker. I'm saying he's a crap striker. As shit as we are collectively, there's not really anyone else to blame in those situations where he should almost certainly score but can't even hit the target. Of course I blame the club for bringing in a player that's not good enough, but that doesn't mean that I can't get pissed off at him when he doesn't do something that I would still expect a player to do.
