Decky
He was useless for us but I'm willing to give him another chance. He could be brilliant for us in the Championship. Worth the 80k if he bosses the midfield and helps us get back up at the first attempt.
Minhosa
On the plus side he will probably destroy the league if he stays He couldn't destroy a ham sandwich.

And will never cut it in the PL imo
Dinho lad
Could be our new Kevin Nolan. (I think he's worth give a shot further up the field.)
jimmymag
On the plus side he will probably destroy the league if he stays Disagree. His lack of mobility will be just as much of a handicap in the Championship, and it would be relatively easy to negate his effectiveness by man marking him, for instance. We won't get £70k per week of value out of him when he's, inevitably, playing with inferior footballers.
GM
Couldn't fathom why we paid so much for him when we signed him up. Thought then that he was a lazy shit with a bad attitude and far too much hype and feel like I've been cruelly vindicated since. Cannot for the life of me see how shit like that can command £4m annual salary - but we're lumbered with him now, just like we were with Alan Smith, i.e. no other club is going to be mad/desperate enough to take him off our hands. If he pulls his thumb out of his sphincter, then he could potentially make a difference in the Championship, but that would be like expecting Gazza to come off the booze: you might wish it to happen, but you'd be as well to wish for it to rain strawberry Starburst. St1pe
I hope he stays. He'll make a hell of a difference playing in a team with more possession like he did when Swansea adopted that playstyle and hopefully in the Championship he'll be seeing more of the ball. He made a massive difference in the West Ham and West Brom home games because there was movement and willing runners. Once players like Wijnaldum and Sissoko are moved on and are replaced by players who are actively seeking the ball rather than hiding from it I think he could do well. I'm not saying he's been good or that he's made a noticeable difference but if we are to rebuild I think he could a useful cog in that process, he hasn't been the one of the major factors from the playing staff that shoulders blame. Vedder
I honestly think he'll do a good job for us in the championship if we can get some mobile players around him. If he helps us get back up at the first attempt he'll be worth his £4m salary.

Just think what a fucked up world we live in where a bog-average footballer is worth £1m a year let alone £4m.
Ketsbaia
Is Coloccini still on 80k too? At least one of them has to go.
GM
Coloccini can be sent back to Las Malvinas to live wit all the other useless sheep. With any luck he may tread on a landmine.

Improved as soon as he was shipped out. No matter the level - bad attitude = out. Fuck off. Benitez doesn't rate him and that's good enough for me. Get rid, if we can. This too. TRon
I'm not really a fan of midfielders who like to stroll around at a leisurely pace no matter how good their long passes are. Sell him and use the funds to buy one with a pair of lungs.

toontownman
Think he would be a huge asset in the championship. Think there is a fantastic player there that Benitez would really get the best out of. All that said, doesn't look like he fits into Benitez formation as first choice. Unless he has a different attitude to setting us up next year shelvey is an expensive luxury that is out of form and likely confidence. Probably have go get rid tbh
AyeDubbleYoo
Him and Colback for one position really, with Tiote or new DM in the other. If he's happy with that I would keep him and sell if we get promoted.
