He left them dangling all summer whilst he openly admitted he wanted the England job, made no progress with the side or transfers. He dropped them like a lead shit as soon as he got the opportunity. Let us also not forget, that despite every man and his dog in the media trying to say otherwise - his mackem team last season (which he managed from October) was also very shit and only survived because we shot ourselves in the foot.
