cp40
Am I the only one who thought he was a bit subdued after his 2 pens against Liverpool, like he just wasn't arsed too much.
Paully
Make it happen https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/2529895/jermain-defoe-west-ham-set-for-second-transfer-bid-for-sunderland-striker-as-they-also-line-up-moussa-dembele/ A West Ham fan I know reckons Defoe did an interview with one of their fanzines a few years ago and stated that he had unfinished business with them so hopefully this unsettles him plus he’s bound to be missing the ‘A (well Z!)’ list celeb sluts from that there London! TheHoob
5m ffs cheeky fuckers. We're funding you're stadium as tax payers, now you want our best player for 5m.... sod off
Benwell Lad
Am I the only one who thought he was a bit subdued after his 2 pens against Liverpool, like he just wasn't arsed too much. He's a top pro, playing really well, but at an age where he knows he has just one or two seasons left. He's at a club who are skint, with an owner who wants out, a manager who admits he made a mistake going there and who exist in a never ending relegation scrap. He knows he could end his career in a much better way than playing in one of England's most depressing towns.
Scoot
5m ffs cheeky f***ers. We're funding you're stadium as tax payers, now you want our best player for 5m.... sod off If they sell Defoe the end to their season will be comical viewing as a Newcastle fan. Pilko
Dat bench. Let's hope anyone wanting to invest in the mackems doesn't take too close a look at Ledger... they won't like what they see

mickthemagpie
Who said we are closing our borders? The economy would tank and we would all die waiting in queues outside hospitals waiting to be treated due to all the foreign staff being booted out. Do they really believe this stuff? "The main reason up here voted to go out was racism," says Lee, a plain-spoken 72-year-old. And a senile old Mackem speaks for a whole region. Aye ok. Plain spoken in this case probably means thick as mince .
Seymour
£10m will have Sunderland accepting. West ham probably offer a swap deal with that figure too
Fenham Mag
Can see Palace coming in for him. They can't keep a hold of him if their debt is as bad as made out.

Ikon
And the money will probably go straight to the debt Moyes resigning as well.. Surely they won't sell him?
TheHoob
Really can't see him going no matter the figure like, maybe if he requests to leave but even then they should tell him where to go. He's worth far more to them than 10m.

pinkeye
Should have told Sun'lun to name their cost.... Cost of selling Defoe is pretty much certain relegation!
Benwell Lad
If the option is keeping a disenchanted player until his contract runs down, in their financial plight they'll have to sell.

Leazes_End_Mag
I still can't see them selling but a window of unrest between star player & club, only a few months after their apparent star manager was lured away will amuse me greatly.
