Leazes_End_Mag
Jordan Rhodes worth a look? He's off to Villa apparently.
SUPERTOON
Jordan Rhodes worth a look? Rafa said the other day he wants proven prem quality, or words,to that affect, not sure Rhodes comes into that category, however at this level it would surely be a no brainer. Figures 1-0 Football
Jordan Rhodes worth a look? He's off to Villa apparently. I was just thinking this morning that they could do with a few more strikers.
Guest neesy111
Jordan Rhodes worth a look? Nope, really bad attitude according to my mate who does some work with boro.
Kanj
Would love to see a midfield partnership of Shelvey and Delph.
STM
Most of the names we have been linked with are decent. Wilson, Snodgrass, Loftus-Cheek, Delph. All good.
Seymour
Would love to see a midfield partnership of Shelvey and Delph. Definitely, not sure how fit Delph is currently mind
Kanj
Where exactly does Loftus-Cheek play? I always see him referenced as an attacking CM, he's more of a #10? Or just an attack minded box to box type guy?
Dokko
Where exactly does Loftus-Cheek play? I always see him referenced as an attacking CM, he's more of a #10? Or just an attack minded box to box type guy? He's built like a defensive midfielder but lacks any of the basics you'd associate with such a role. He's not particularly attacking either, more of an all rounder that will tick over. For me personally you'd want some like Hayden and shelvey alongside him, then his passing and recovery of the ball isn't being relied on. TBH he's a confusing player but there certainly talent there. Closest I can currently think of is Jenas in a bigger body, and like jenas he really needs to define a role soon or risk becoming an all rounder never mastering a specific part of the game. Leazes_End_Mag
May not get agreement from the majority but i'd prefer Delph over Loftus-Cheek every time.

Seymour
Dinnar like, I think the majority would agree with that. Delph has proven himself a lot more
triggs
Loftus Cheek has started 7 games in his career. Impossible to know if he's actually any good
KaKa
Loftus-Cheek looked his best when he started being used as an attcking midfielder playing behind the striker. I think Rafa sees him as a stand in for Diame, while he is at the ACON. Athletic, tall attacking midfielder to play off Gayle.
Foluwashola
Loftus Cheek has started 7 games in his career. Impossible to know if he's actually any good Agree, certainly has a lot of potential though. With Delph you get the feeling City have probably killed him Rodwell style. Would prefer to avoid. Impossible to know if he's actually any good Agree, certainly has a lot of potential though. With Delph you get the feeling City have probably killed him Rodwell style. Would prefer to avoid. Rodwell was never any good though. Delph was a very handly PL player. Fairly injury prone iirc.
Ritchie
Can't see Delph wanting to drop down into the Championship, like.
AyeDubbleYoo
Can't see Delph wanting to drop down into the Championship, like. It's only for a few months.

Kanj
And waste away into obscurity.
Ronaldo
If we're talking about partnering Shelvey I'd like to see someone who can drive the team forward a bit. A bit like Diame did at West Ham before his legs started going a bit, actually.
Sho Time
Is Delph fit but just not getting a game, or is he still ridiculously hampered by injuries ?
LoveItIfWeBeatU
With Shelvey suspended and Diame and Atsu going to the African cup of Nations, NUFC will be desperately short of attacking midfielders in January unless replacements are brought in early in the transfer window. There's no cover for the wings and ironically, after being overloaded with players who play the number 10 role last season we'll only have Perez who hasn't performed well this season.
