GavMcEl
Last time in the Championship we played 4-5-1 away and 4-4-2 at home. We didn't lose once at home all season. Rafa is too rigid and stubborn with his system. We aren't allowed to be critical of Rafa ask anyone Spouse you'd rather have Steve Mc Claren or Alan pardew to take over and guide us to the premier league fuck sake
Dave
Will have to see what people at the match say considering its not being shown anywhere but it sounds like we played really well for about 20mins then started to let them back into the game. Their goal was rank bad defending, nothing at all to do with the tactics. Sounds like quite an even game since their goal. Nothing wrong with constructive criticism of the management and system but people are acting like it hasn't generally worked a treat in the first half of the season. Guest reefatoon
Shit and boring as fuck at home again. Sort it out for fuck sake. We should be destroying shit like this at home not trying to hold a 1-0 lead after 4 bastard minutes.

Rafa is too rigid and stubborn with his system. Last time in the championship we didn't have Colback in midfield. Aye, we had Alan Smith Unfortunately for us right now, Smith back then is a hell of a lot better player than Colback now, and Smith was certainly no world beater. Smith was ten times better than Colback man. No question. Especially in this league. You think opposition mids are more worried about Colback than they were Smith?! At least Smith had the athleticism to win headers and run them down, and at least force them into errors. Colback doesn't phase them one bit.
Guest neesy111
Lazy cowards on the pitch. Does this always have to be the criticism when we play badly like? Same last season Deep down a lot of people are PFMs. They'd all be Pardew if they were managers. "Their all cowards" ""Stick two upfront" "Go more direct" "More passion" In this division going more direct makes sense.

Gallowgate Toon
Good to see everyone's keeping calm. Sounds like the players got a little bit tense after a good start and shrunk back. Hope the support in the 2nd is positive for them, getting angry won't do anyone any good.
Ikon
Sounds like this 1st half performance is even worse than the game against Sheffield.
Aiston
Again we are at home, playing piss poor and defensively. We don't have any creativity in midfield to play with one striker. At least play with two at home, they might even help each other create something themselves.

Nothing wrong with constructive criticism of the management and system but people are acting like it hasn't generally worked a treat in the first half of the season. It's more the home form that has people concerned, we've already lost 4 times and are struggling again tonight. There was also the Norwich game were we were extremely fortunate. The tactics and way we set up at home don't work, but we continue to play the same way.

Ronaldo
Sounds a bit like the Norwich game: Good early pressure, scored, team get waved back into defensive mode and fall to pieces.

Nothing wrong with constructive criticism of the management and system but people are acting like it hasn't generally worked a treat in the first half of the season. We look totally devoid of ideas in the final third and our defending has been horrendous on a number of occasions. Need a change at half time. Get Colback off and stick Anita there if he doesn't want to go 4-4-2? Something has gotta change.
Tiresias
it's just the two defensive midfielders at home that bothers me really. Completely right to say it's worked for us till now but Shelvey not being in changes the whole system anyway, neither Hayden or Colback can do what he does so seems silly to just stick to same positions but effectively have a different system. ponsaelius
People wetting themselves because some people are simply pointing out clear trends between our home form and away form and trying to draw conclusions from that.

Tbf, we were still creating plenty of chances as Norwich got back into the game that day. Today sounds far tighter.
