It's called pace. Creativity too, it's obvious as hell that outside of Shelvey there isn't any really. Ritchie is intelligent, neat and tidy but i don't particularly trust him to open a team up. Hopefully that's something Rafa will look to rectify should we get promoted which i would imagine we will.
