Was chatting to a decent Arsenal fan at a wedding a month or two back; he was saying that they can't get rid of him just like that because he is the entire infrastructure at the club. Need to change loads more behind the scenes or something before actually switching the manager. No idea if there's any truth to that, but surely to God the owners know that he needs to go? The kid took the piss out of him and still he plays. He's not even very good. There's no consequences for bad behaviour or bad performances.
