I would go with

Darlow

Gamez Mbemba Lasecells Dummet

Ritchie Hayden Shelvey Atsu

Diame

Gayle

Should be a comfortable game so why not give Mbemba and Gamez some game time.

Wonder if Huddersfield thought the same on Saturday?  :)

Why should it be a comfortable game? The League table says Burton are a better side than Wigan and Saturday wasn't particularly comfortable, especially just after they equalised. In spite of this, you rarely get "comfortable" games at this stage of the season with so much at stake.

Whenever we've played the side everyone wants it seems we put a bad performance in.  Just trust the manager to pick what he feels is the best team even if that includes Colback.

We've only had a couple of comfortable games since December.

What games games would you say they were?

Huddersfield, Rotherham and Villa?

Sure I read that Burton have only lost 1 in their last 8 games so I doubt it'll be as comfortable as some think.

I'd gor for:

Darlow

Anita Mbemba Hanley Dummett

Hayden Shelvey

Ritchie Perez Atsu

Gayle

A win AND some entertainment would be the ideal scenario.

A win will do though.

We may win, but if reports coming out of Huddersfield are anything to go by it won't be particularly entertaining as Burton will play 5 at the back, waste time from the 1st minute, foul anything that moves, roll around and feign injury to get players booked and sent off and just generally spoil in the hope of getting a point or as on Saturday all 3.

Early goal or two and that game plan is pretty much ruined though.

We haven't lost a midweek game all season iirc.

Really?

I am surprised at that.

We've lost games when we've played on Friday or games over Xmas.  But for the normal saturday and midweek game routine we haven't lost midweek, even the hull cup game doesn't really count as penalty shout out is a decider.

we lost at home to Sheffield Wednesday on a Monday and also to Blackburn on a Monday.

They were over Xmas though, normal fixture schedule goes out of the window.
