This can only be happening because the injury is not going to allow Merino to get back to full performance anytime soon, and Rafa isn't happy with the options we currently have. Who knows at this point ... we're just such a disgusting club. I know exactly. FWIW I'd rather have Fernando at this stage. No striker is critical.
