Please let this happen. Not just for the Spurs meltdown but because I think he'd be done back here. Been on the decline for a while. Unless they get a penalty every week, then he'll be fine.

Also, he might not adapt to these tricky new match balls.

I think he has the choice of so many clubs.

I reckon Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool will probably offer contracts too.

These clubs don't have a centre forward of note, they will also offer more than we can.

If I was David I would join a club where I am a starter, there is no chance here so unfortunately don't see him signing for us

Every club is a feeder club for Real and Barca. Every player dreams of playing for these sides

Wasn’t always the case. I remember a time when Italy was the go to destination and AC Milan were the glamour club of European football, that everyone wanted to play for and managers wanted to manage.

The days of Inter waltzing in taking Ronaldo from Barca for a world record fee, like it was the most normal thing in the world, seem long gone though.

Saliba and Gabriel are a classic pairing despite having a mare on Wednesday. However they along with Saka need to move on for their careers to progress

Sky should ask Merson about this every time he’s on

"This is why Arsenal need to sign Isak. They need to sign Isak. If Arsenal sign Isak there's no reason for Saliba to go Real Madrid. Yeah you can say Real Madrid have got Mbappe and Bellingham and yes they win fings, but they win fings every year. Every year they win sammink. If Arsenal Football Club sign Isak they'll win fings and this lad will become a legend. He don't need to go Real Madrid."

Yeah does make sense esp if he supported them growing up

would have been ideal for our version of the 4-4-1-1 with King and Wilson at Bournemouth but was never going to replace Isak and we play 4-3-3

Unless for PSR we sell Isak for 150m and bring David in on a free which would also be a genius business move albeit a heartbreaking one

only genius if David scores as many goals as Isak. Which I think is unlikely.

But we buy 2 or 3 other key players, squad building. With luck, one of them turns out to be world class.

I don’t want to do it, as I like having Isak as our talisman, but that is a legitimate strategy to improve as a team and as a club.
