Aye, it might not work out (more likely will for Liverpool), but can’t deny those are great signings. Would have loved Cunha and Delap here. Delap was never on mind and of course Isak is better.

That's the annoying thing with PSR. The likes of Chelsea and Man United can burn through signings until something sticks.

Trent's a bit better defending, way better as a wing-back, though. His stats crush most top wingers globally right now. Frimpong's good, but he's no upgrade on Trent, not even close.

I’ve never seen a worse defender as a top level fullback than Trent.  Frimpong let’s see ya.

Crushes most wingers on what? They are different players, and i stand by that overall Frimpong will give Liverpool more.

Stats, assists, forward passes, chances created—the works!

Think he'll give Liverpool more? That's your opinion, time will tell.

Hey, that's just your take on it, and you're entitled to that. I see it differently, but that's my opinion too. Let's just agree to disagree.

I don’t really understand why any of these guys would choose Man U over the other options but most of all Mbeumo, surely he can do better?

It's Man United mate.

You answered it yourself earlier, nobody pays like Man Utd. Mbeumo could probably get 300kpw/16m a year out of them, and 150kpw out of anyone else.

Hard to say no to those numbers.

Jealous of Man U if they get Delap and Cunha in

Would be unreal to have 2 signings wrapped up at the start of the transfer window

Think Cunha is a no brainer and a great signing.

But I'm very wary of Delap. I know he's cheap, but he's also young and feel like we need someone with experience to lead the line. The pressure to be the main man crippled Hojlund this year.

I like Delap, and he’s young and cheap at £30m.

but he’s got an awful lot to do I think. 12 goals this season is decent but he didn’t exactly set the championship alight last season.

Still think he’s a good punt at £30m, but being Man Utd’s main man is a massive ask imo.

Do wonder if Delap is gonna be the next big thing or if he's just Kevin Davis Mk II.

Cunha seems a good signing for Man U. Mbeumo would be too.

It seems as though Man United have had a free run at Cunha which is mental, he's so decisive and takes responsibility for attacks like few others in the league. Delap I think is a good signing for 30 mil, but he's not amazing technically... his decision making will improve, well thats debateable if he goes to Manchester, don't know how much better technically he'll get. As for us being linked with DCL, but people saying Vardy would be ridiculous. Vardy all day. Great striker, DCL never showed he was a great striker. Vardy has every kind of finishing and his intelligence is unbelievable...and he's a winner, a leader. No brainer for me if we aren't spending real money on an out and out striker.

most players nowadays I'm pretty sure will choose whichever PL club offers the best payday, it's that simple

sadly MU can still blow most clubs out of the water on that front
