Honestly, City aside I don't think the other owners are that arsed about winning tbh, they just want to make sure they are on the gravy train.

 

They hate domestic competition because qualifying for the Gravy train is the ultimate win for them. Notice how they are silent about PSG and Madrid. 

 

As I've repeated before, PSG at one point were paying Mbappe, Neymar and Messi   They were founded in 78 was it?
